This is my default Starbucks. Staff is always quick and super friendly. They messed up one order in the history of me going there, and were very quick to resolve. I am also a fan of their comfy chairs!

I can say the Sunday afternoon staff was courteous and helpful! The area indoors and outside was clean. Keep in mind thoughtless customers will not think of others and leave their trash on the tables! NOT COOL! I am never feeling guilty when I have my Skinny Vanilla Latte! Vente and satisfying! I will also do a different Bistro Box which is always calorie frugal! I CAN do healthy at Starbucks!

Attention to detail is poor. Went drive thru for iced coffee. Let's face it, when you pay 3$ and up for a drink, it better be right and good. Starbucks quality is exceptional but that doesn't mean a thing when your drink is filled up an inch from the bottom. Also, cream and sugar amounts way off. Just a bad product for the cost. Heck, Mickey D's would have been better for a buck each! If you do go to this location, just make double sure you get what you want. Our problem was we went drive thru so no way to fix the problem after the fact.

This is one of the ones I go to a lot. They always make my Soy Chai Latte just how I like it. The parking situation can get a little crazy sometime. Don't get confused if you go to the drive thru. One lane is for Starbucks the other one is for the bbq place next door.

Just had horrible experience here this morning. Went through drive -thru and ordered simple large black coffee. Cashier hands me cup that is dripping so as I carefully take cup trying to not drip in my car the top falls off entirely as it was not secured and hot coffee spills all over me, and all over my front seats and dash of my car. All the clerk can do is ask me if everything okay! Seriously?! I am on my way to work now covered in coffee and my leg is burning as well as my car interior is trashed! But it gets better... I pull out of line and go in to get rags to clean up and ask to speak to manager as well as my $ back. This POS manager thinks it funny! He is making a joke about how I have to go home to change clothes! Then offers me more coffee. Well needless to say I left upset and humiliated as if that was not enough. Starbucks has lost my business for good. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Waited in a long drive up line. Ordered iced black tea, got a cup bearing that label but it was coffee. Parked, went in, waited some more, told the woman behind counter who grimaced, grabbed it out of my hand and came back 5 minutes later, here you go. No we're sorry, no nothing. Not the service I am used to from Starbucks.

The same great Starbucks products as any location, but this one comes with a horrible experience. The seating area is usually in disarray, the condiment bar is almost always dirty and the trash is overflowing.

My barista was adorable. She looked like a long haired Tinkerbell, really. The great thing was she was just as nice as she looked. I let her know about my half off coupon and she actually seemed happy for me. I wish more of the baristas acted that way! My coupon was for a chocolate chai tea latte, and I glad I decided to try it. It's a little odd at first, I'll admit. But after a few sips I was loving the flavor. As for the location itself, it was squeaky clean with abundant seating and a comfortable ambiance. Curlew Starbucks is definitely a role model store for the brand.

My drink was really good here. Barista was friendly and fast. Bathroom was kinda gross and the dining area needed a clean up.

The drive thru is either really fast or painfully slow. Tough to know what you're facing if you're pressed for time. No consistency with the beverages; sometimes they taste great and sometimes they taste way off, and again never know what you're facing. When you're paying $5 for a cup of coffee, you should t ever be disappointed. The guy with the bushy red beard is rude.

Hello. It's Starbucks. What else do you need to know? This one does have more space than the average and a nice outdoor seating patio. Otherwise, order your normal caramel nowhip crapuccino and enjoy!

The nasty rude people teenager working the drive thru needs a new job or none at all. She actually argued with me about what I ordered. I order the same drink every time for years. She thinks she knows what I want, more than I do. She actually argued about what "I " REALLY wanted! Hahahaha, yes, Im serious, this really happened.
